1.      Warranty all plants comes with life guarantee. Dead plants or badly damaged item are refundable. Please contact customer service with picture as proof WITHIN 24 hours upon receiving.

2.      Shipping to East Malaysia is not covered under live warranty, seller will not refund if the plant died or damage during shipping process.

3. If you received the plant with leaf fall, some leaves turn yellowish, or color fades, don’t worry as it’s normal as the plant had kept in the box during delivery. Just water the plant and put the plant under half sun and let it stable, the plant will recover soon.

4. Kindly contact our customer service if there’s any problem regarding your order.

 

It is normal when the color of the plants looks fade and leaves fall

during transit as they’d been kept in boxes for few days. Once items

received, provide your plants with light, water & good airflow and

will recover to their beauty.
