The Sansevieria Bird’s Nest (scientifically Sansevieria trifasciata ‘Hahnii’, recently reclassified as Dracaena trifasciata) is a dwarf, compact succulent. Unlike tall traditional snake plants, it features dense, short leaves that grow in a tight, spiraling rosette, forming a distinct, cup-like cluster resembling a bird’s nest.

● Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light, which helps maintain vibrant leaf patterns. However, they are highly adaptable and will tolerate low-light spaces.

● Watering: Highly drought-resistant. Water sparingly (roughly every 2 to 4 weeks) and allow the soil to dry out almost completely between waterings to prevent root rot.

● Soil: Requires a loose, well-draining potting mix, such as a succulent or cactus blend.
