Description: Zamia Furfuracea is a plant of the genus Zemitaceae and Zamia, native to Mexico, Colombia and other countries. The most representative and most common variety is the scaled zebra rice iron, also known as Zamia Furfuracea, Latin scientific name Zamia furfuracea L.f.ex Aiton.
Zamia Furfuracea plants are stable in shape and slow in growth; the stem is stout, hard as iron, and looks like a cycad; broad, papery, thin leaves are its distinctive features.
